In addition to our customer service and support team, Hi-Way and New Leader dealers are fully trained to assist you with whatever your needs may be. We are the experts in our industries, and through our Certified Technician (C-Tech) program, we train our dealers to be experts as well. C-Techs must complete a rigorous training program and renew their certification annually– so you deal with only the best. Ask your dealer about the C-Techs on their staff.
