Mig Welders
Experienced Quality Mig Welders needed for mild and stainless ¼ inch to thinner gauge steel. Ability to read prints and run good bead non-stop 36" necessary. 1st shift and 2nd shift possibilities. Completion of the Work Keys Skill Assessment through Kirkwood (398-7194) or on site recommended. Painter To operate nozzle type 2-part urethane industrial spray painting equipment. Will paint various sizes of fabricated and/or assembled product. Must be able to trouble shoot and maintain the painting system and environment. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a strong desire to work efficiently, and maintain a focus on quality. Minimum one year related painting experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Welder To operate arc, gas-shielded arc, or gas welding equipment to construct spreader boxes, tanks, and small parts. Will study blueprints, sketches, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine tolerances, sequence of operations, and set up requirements. The successful candidate must be familiar with quality welding, maintain pride in his/her work, and be able to work independently. Minimum one year related experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Fabrication To set up and operate conventional, special purpose and numeric controlled machines to fabricate metallic parts. Tools used may include shears, bend breaks, saws, drill presses, and burn tables. Will be responsible to trouble shoot own work area. The successful candidate must be dependable, able to work within specified tolerances, and work quickly while maintaining safety and accuracy. Minimum one year related experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
